Exchange Policy

If an item does not fit to your desire please contact info@lamago.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you would like to return an item please ship it back to the address below within 14 business days of receiving your order for International orders and 48hrs for local orders. We do not cover return and/ or exchange shipping fees, and we highly recommend adding tracking to your returned parcel. We will gladly replace any defective item you wish exchanged or Faulted from our end. We do our best to check every item very carefully before sending it your way, Please be aware that exchanges can take 7 business days to process from the moment your returned parcel is received and confirmed of any damages. Please note that depending on the volume of orders we have that this time frame may vary.

We do NOT refund pre-order items or Custom pieces .
