Eligibility for Returns
We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for International orders and 48hrs for local orders, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar etc.
Items marked as “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return. Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at our Stockist. For faulty items, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and clear images of the issue. Please contact info@lamago.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Issues reported after this period will be considered general wear and tear.
If you would like to return an item please ship it back to the address below within 14 business days of receiving your order for International orders and 48hrs for local orders. We do not cover return and/ or exchange shipping fees, and we highly recommend adding tracking to your returned parcel. We will gladly replace any defective item you wish exchanged or Faulted from our end. We do our best to check every item very carefully before sending it your way, Please be aware that exchanges can take 7 business days to process from the moment your returned parcel is received and confirmed of any damages. Please note that depending on the volume of orders we have that this time frame may vary.
NOTE: We do NOT Replace or Refund faulted items.
